We build custom software for growing businesses, including CRMs, ERPs, project and operations systems, customer portals and workflow automations, often with AI features inside. We are looking for a Software Developer who is genuinely good with modern AI coding tools and uses them to design, build, test and document faster. Just as important, you understand the code you ship, review AI output carefully, and care about security, performance and clean structure, so that our software scales as our clients grow.
- Build and maintain web applications, APIs and integrations for client projects.
- Use AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude or ChatGPT to speed up development, testing and documentation.
- Add AI features to products using LLM APIs, for example document reading, chat assistants and summaries.
- Design databases and connect software with payment gateways, WhatsApp, SMS, email and other systems.
- Review code, including AI-generated code, for security, performance and readability.
- Write tests, fix bugs and support deployments.
- Work with clients and the team to turn business requirements into working features.
- 1+ year of professional development experience (strong freshers with real projects can apply).
- Good knowledge of PHP / Laravel or Node.js, plus JavaScript and a frontend framework such as React or Vue.
- Solid SQL and database design basics; experience with REST APIs.
- Daily, effective use of AI coding assistants, and the judgement to know when their output is wrong.
- Experience with, or strong interest in, LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Claude or Gemini and automation tools.
- Git, clean code habits and basic security awareness.
- Clear communication and ownership of your work.
